What's the nature of your initiative and desired outcomes?

Per Sam:

IA found a URL that needed updating in last year's audit, and I reached out to the team to make the change. The team's stakeholders gave some feedback that they wanted the name of the whole tool revised. Content and OCTO have synched on the new naming, and we all had a good check-in with the team at this week's office hours about the scope of the work. (Both A. and I are working on this, so it's a CAIA effort now, not just an IA effort.)

This intake will capture both IA and content efforts on this request.
