Problem statement The Research section of the Platform Documentation site has not been refreshed for several years. Research has scaled in past years with many new teams onboarding and carrying out different types of research. There is a need to do a comprehensive review of research documentation to identify and address any gaps.

Definition of done [ ] Conduct a comprehensive audit of research documentation [ ] Create a list of gaps to address [ ] Create a list of next steps & assignees to address gaps

Research principles This effort relates to the following Research Operations Principles: 1.4 Credible research 3.1 Well-defined processes 3.2 Efficient processes

@rbsingleton it feels like there's some overlap here with the "identify gaps and next steps in contractor onboarding" task I took during one of our Mural sessions. Do you think so too? If so, let's get together and figure out how we can avoid duplicating work. I've started but am not too deep into it.

Probably also with @LoisLewisUSDS 's "Review/ update templates -> identify gaps (Lois)" task in the Mural (not yet ticketed). I'll set up a sync between the three of us to make sure I'm not remaking the wheel.
