[Design] Left align alert content in Figma component

Description

A designer submitted an issue with the alert alignment. On large screens the alerts center vs. staying left aligned. We need to left-align the alerts so the alerts are the same as USWDS.

In the USWDS 3.8.0, it appears when an alert is very wide the content still aligns with the body copy:
