No Longer Receiving Links That Contain Previews #460

For some reason, as of a few weeks ago, I no longer see links in Pidgin if they are sent as standalone messages and trigger an image and/or summary preview on the Facebook website. I don't get notifications of those links in Messenger Lite either (though in that case the links still go through). I think they changed how their API handles link preview sending.

no longer an issue/testable in EU since Facebooks 2020-12 "update" no previews are generated for any links anymore in any of Facebook Messenger clients (in the EU atleast)
