Adds the ability to quickly setup HUDs that use the vanilla layout for custom cars.

Instead of a prefab, a scriptable object with settings is used.
The HUD itself is generated at import time.
Instead of setting up a custom HUD, it's also possible to use a vanilla HUD directly.
Default control positions are used, except for rare instances where controls are overlapped.
- For this situation, a warning is displayed to use a non-standard layout that displays everything without overlapping.

Adds components to rename the HUD controls.
