No longer compatible with ubuntu 10.04 lts #138

Ubuntu 10.04 has fuse 2.8.1, the latest released of s3fs requires 2.8.4, can
this be relaxed to 2.8.1 so it's compatible with ubuntu's long term support
release.

There is strong evidence that a bug in pre-2.8.4 FUSE makes s3fs unreliable
(well, substantially more unreliable than it inherently is). See issue #136

It is recommended that you install FUSE 2.8.4

Alternatively, you can change the minimum version for FUSE in the configure.ac
file and rebuild. However, if you choose to go that route, then s3fs is
unsupported.

According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/lucid/+source/fuse/+bug/634554
the bug is being fixed in lucid, however I doubt the version number will
increase. I also imagine that other distros will do the same, maybe change it
so it throws a warning instead of an error when fuse<2.8.4 is installed.
