How do we want to handle converting vampire players? Vampirism works very differently in Oblivion than it does in Morrowind. The most straightforward approach would be to convert the player to an Oblivion-style vampire. This would require detecting vampire status in Morrowind, removing all the Morrowind vampire abilities/spells/powers, and adding on the Oblivion equivalents.
The other option would be to try to recreate a Morrowind-style vampire in Oblivion. This would be more consistent with the lore but would also involve more work.
