UI Changes - Credit Contributor Modal #175

Tasks:

  1. Change the header text for the modal from 21 to 16 bold.
  2. Verify the icon size and ensure it matches the design specifications.
  3. Check the font size and style for the first input and ensure consistency.
  4. Double-check the scientific identity text and verify if it's using the correct font and size.
  5. Verify the padding on the left of the inputs and ensure consistency (12px).
  6. Update the text color inside the ORCID input.
  7. Adjust the line between scientific identity and role to ensure proper alignment.
  8. Add an email field underneath full name and include a checkbox to hide contributors' email and public profile.
  9. Double-check the height and corner radius of the input fields, ensuring consistency.
  10. Verify the default gray line state on the dropdown and ensure it matches the specified hex value.
  11. Check the font size inside the inputs, making sure the "optional" text is 12 and the other text is 14.
  12. Double-check the spacing between inputs and adjust to a consistent 24 pixels.
