Site Refresh

• Updated to latest Pelican
• Restored to stock theme with desert color modifications
• Produced script to call meetup.com's API and grab event details and synthesize posts.
• Removed some links to dead DesertPy resources like the Discourse forum.
• Cleaned up build system to use pelican provided stuff like it's hot reload server where provided and removed unused deploy targets
• Setup CI using CircleCI to build and push build results to the GitHub pages branch
  • I originally had this using GitHub Actions to try to keep everything on GitHub but there was no way to do periodic runs so I had to ditch that.
• Updated the README

If this is merged in:

• We'll need to add a SSH deploy key with write access to deploy from CI to the repo.
• We'll need to add the CNAME to the GitHub Pages repo configuration. The CNAME file has been removed from the repo.

Sorry for the big bag of commits. I can rebase this later to try and cleanup the history a bit.
