tilenight job for tileid 10535 (expid: 261454 - 261456) from 20241105 is failing citing following error:

I checked the HDU for the guider file for expid 261455 and 261456:

fitsheader -e 0 -k TILEID /global/cfs/cdirs/desi/spectro/data/20241105/00261456/guide-00261456.fits.fz
# HDU 0 in /global/cfs/cdirs/desi/spectro/data/20241105/00261456/guide-00261456.fits.fz:
TILEID  =                 3842 / DESI Tile ID

fitsheader -e 0 -k TILEID /global/cfs/cdirs/desi/spectro/data/20241105/00261455/guide-00261455.fits.fz
# HDU 0 in /global/cfs/cdirs/desi/spectro/data/20241105/00261455/guide-00261455.fits.fz:
TILEID  =                 3842 / DESI Tile ID

@sbailey suggested to mark these two exposures as bad and reprocess the tile for now.

in case it helps, tileid=3842 was the tile observed just before (expids 261452, 261453).

abhi0395 commented 2 weeks ago

Yes, I too saw that, perhaps something happened while writing these files.
