CT cant hear T, T cant hear CT

as title says, CT cant hear T, T cant hear CT, no matter if after round start or after 30 seconds, ive had to add cvar "sv_alltalk true" in order to people could talk at all, but now T can talk with CT is giving orders.

Hi, as noted in the known problems the 30 seconds message is just for show, there is no way to mute people just yet, a feature like this will have to wait.
