[FEATURE] Renew brand logo

Detailed description

The brand logo does not have the "Dev Protocol" notation and users cannot see the Dev Protocol name in the first view.

I suggest changing to a logo image with typography to recognize the brand in the first view.

Possible implementation

The logo image should also be changed depending on the theme to ensure typographic visibility in both dark and light modes.

It can also change the color according to media queries in SVG CSS.
