no folding in eclipse-3.5 #16

there seems to be no code-folding in eclipse-3.5, with #if e.g.

Code folding works fine for me with the official 3.5 / Galileo release.  
Rupert, can
you re-test with the official 3.5 release?

Yes I do see the folding buttons but HOW CAN I REMOVE THEM?
I do NOT want source folding, how can I switch it off?
