Add api endpoint to show if a user has received stickers and or a stress ball [API] [Feature Request] #506

There is no particular reason behind this request except for the fact that I am curious what people would do with that data. Maybe custom devbanners based on it? or badges?

Guess that's kinda hard because they use a third party service for selling swag. But I'm not dfox so I'll leave this here.

I don't mean for when it's sold. I'm pretty sure they manage the free stuff by hand, and they must have a database already to make sure we don't abuse the system. So if the API just tapped into that, it should be easy to do.

Okay sorry it seems like they use Shopify, so it is technically possible. But I still think it's not worth the time...
