Add support for synchronous commands

The events and commands should be extended with

• [x] Author context (e.g. user_id, role, etc.) - for both event and command. This will be required later for authorization.
• [x] batchSize, numberInBatch - for batched events (when one command produces multiple events).

Add another queue with command execution status. This will be required by callback mechanism
