Describe the bug Currently, emails appear not to be responsive (see screenshot below)

Expected behavior Text and images are scaled well so that the content is easy to read.

We could have a look at MJML: https://mjml.io

There is also some kind of Django package for this that seems maintained: https://github.com/liminspace/django-mjml
