Dude, your AMD driver don't accept this OC coming from gminer. IN Windows. It will crash anytime you try to set clocks, memory straps and voltage. There's no solution to that besides extinguishing this horrible OS you're using.
Try adding the option --intensity 50 to your start then increase until it fails. The default is 100 and depending on the installation and card, can be too high.
I had the same issue with Debian and 6 1050ti cards. Backing off to 90 was enough to correct the issue for me.
Regularly on AMD cards i catch this error: ERROR on GPU: Device not responding, check overclocking settings. I know about overclocking settings, but this fail is completely freezing my windows 10. I have to phisically reboot my rig after this.
