Ошибки совместимости: 1) Не удаляет php5ts предыдущей версии 2) Не загружает старый (из ds 3) формат событий и информации об объектах - php_igbinary.dll 3) Не работает функция chromium_allowedcall - php_v8js.dll

Остался лишь последний пункт, anyway it's better just to refactor chromium_alowedcall function (this is a kind of shit now)
