Create an `Account Details` dashboard #12

Like Hotspot Details, but aggregate across one or more accounts

Plus some facts

Maybe even a map w/ all the hotspots? Bonus points for detail links for individual hotspots DeWi ETL = Explorer 2.0

Keep trying to help people who are debugging numerous hotspots and looking at individual hotspot pages is a PITA
