candid-extractor --version #459

Similar to ic-wasm --version, it would be handy to add support for a candid-extractor --version command line option.

It would also be useful for build scripts that want to pin a precise version of the tool or for scripts that want to test if the tool has already been installed.

I'm notably thinking at usages in Docker containers.
