Add system requirements to Docunments/Readme #5

The CMakeLists.txt calls scripts that assumes the host computer to be on Ubuntu-like system; however, this system requirements is not stated anywhere.

Added the system requirements with a clear mention of the ubuntu requirement as a base OS.
