Update Arch install instructions #225

This edit is not actually true yet. The official Arch Linux package is held up because the last released version of Rust. As soon as that is fixed (cf. #222 and #224) and a v1.0.3 is tagged I will build the release.

This PR can be merged either right before the next release (so it goes out in the repository at the tag) or wait until I confirm the build. Either way it shouldn't be merged until shortly before a release at the earliest since it isn't true yet and we don't want to mislead folks.

@alerque I'm grateful that you're considering packaging this tool, and I will try to catch up on the changes blocking this from happening!

This is read, both #222 and #224 have been addressed and I've released the package for Arch Linux.

226 still needs a poke, but isn't a blocker. It's mostly relevant building Git HEAD builds not stable tagged ones.
