Show Pipeline Age #28

I have a small feature request: I think it would be really useful if pipeline tiles showed how long ago the last execution was. Maybe GitHub style as in "a few minutes ago, about an hour ago, a day ago...".

Hi @iswix-llc I've considered something similar before, but the problem is what people mean by pipeline age. For instance should it be the oldest start/finish time, or the newest start/finish time?

I'm open to suggestions that aren't confusing, but have not been able to come up with one myself.

I don't want to know how old the pipeline is, I want to know how old the most recent status is. So the most recent finish time is what I'd want to see.
