iOS overscroll is the wrong color #25

I thought this was fixed by 2ffe6baf71130591fcb393cd6795cdcae2f11822 and defb1ca62a22d0c44d4f9abef27e0f4336b6d2b9, but overscroll still appears to be white. I don't know what I else I can do here without the relevant tools to actually inspect the problem.
