Libcrafter generates bad Checksum with IP OPTION length of 40 bytes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set IP option, and generate 38 byte payload
          unsigned char opt_arr[40];
          ip_opt_h.SetOption(8);
          ip_opt_h.SetPayload(opt_arr,38);

here is the IP header of the pkt with bad Checksum,
