0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) after upgrade to VirtualBox 4.2.14 #700

If you have just updated phpVirtualBox, don't forget to clear your
browser's cache!!!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install VirtualBox 4.2.14
2.Login to phpVirtualBox 4.2-4
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
VirtualBox error: 0x80004005

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?

phpVirtualBox 4.2-4
VirtualBox 4.2.14 - No problem on 4.2.12
Php 5.3.6
FreeBSD 9.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,
I had similar problems too going from VB 4.2.10 to 4.2.14 on FreeBSD 9.1
They went away when I upgraded tot VB 4.2.16
