Someone told me that the peu is not formatted nicely. That is true.
We should fix the formatting and have a formatted sql dump. Normally I'm doing a lot of work to get the import to work.
It would be good if we had the formatted dump in a similar table like the dpd.
Bonus: but maybe later, if we could format the numbered internal definitions to have a before each number. It might not be consistent enough for this programmatically.
Needs to work with the extension importer.. quotes need to be padded '' (doubled single quotes) and all should be on one single line per statement to import.
