How to install the font in android ? Need root ?

No need to install any font. Just install the app. The font will be 
automatically fetched in to your phone at the very 1st time you run the app.

Which folder in android im copy the font ?

(now im root and install the font , Its working , But The english R is missing 
, tamil ok )

As I mentioned you before, you don't need to root the phone nor install the 
font.

The font used in this browser will be automatically fetched in to your device 
at the very 1st time you run the app. Just download & install the app. That's 
enough!

pl add a referesh key , Brower work fine "டி” display have some problem .

Will consider about adding a refresh key in the next version.

The identified rendering errors up to now are:
  * Tamil: டி, டீ
  * Sinhala: භු, භූ
