Reached out to City of Austin Small Business Program and understood to meet their qualifications to fund:

• drafting up potential revenue models for single_seamless_elevation, single_seamless_hand, and single_seamless_hec_ras terrain products
  • provide them with already existing template revenue model under GPLv3+ license (so that any revenue model must be returned in GPLv3+)
