Adding CodeForces #719-A solution in JAVA. #575

Hello @dheeraj-2000 . I would love to contribute by adding a solution to the CodeForces problem #719-A in JAVA programming language. The solution/Algorithm is Accepted on CodeForces and has a runtime of 140ms. Kindly assign me this issue.
