Add support for Quake 4's guide material system #249

The system is described here:

This would greatly help making Quake 4 maps playable in Doom 3, not to mention it can be used to drastically reduce Doom 3's .mtr file sizes as well.

In the meantime I rewrote all the Quake4 material definitions so they work in Doom3. This issue may be closed.
