Empty IP addresses cause duplicates #216

If you manage your IP settings manually, e.g. with virtual eth, you cannot have 
two servers with an empty address.

Reproduce:
- Create first server with empty address. This works.
- Create second server with empty address. Error appears saying "IP address 
already in use".

Workaround: Issue private IPs, e.g. 127.0.0.10
