What is changed?

Adds macOS GitHub Actions CI

How to test?

Enable GitHub Actions.
Then force start this workflow.

Hello @AJenbo, I think that was all that needed to be added 😄 . Please let me know if you want me to add anything else. Also, it seems GitHub Actions is not enabled on this repository, please look into that.
