Creator type can't be changed before entering name in Citation editor #112

Describe the bug Creator type can't be changed before creator name has been entered.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Citation Editor
  2. Click on Creator type drop-down menu
  3. Select creator type other than default (e.g., "Editor")
  4. Default creator type continues to be selected

Expected behavior Selected creator type should change to the type selected in the drop-down menu
