Citations tab content does not refresh when item selected changes #130

Describe the bug Since JSX-ification of Zotero's ZoteroPane, Citations tab does not refresh when changing selection in Zotero's item tree.

To Reproduce

Select an item with citations
Open the Citations tab
Select another item

Expected behavior Citations tab content changes when item selected changes.

Environment:

Zotero version: 5.0.97.SOURCE.746806552
Cita version: 0.2.5
OS name and version: Linux
