User cannot select location to checkin to. It's either checked into its default location or the settings automatically assign it to a static location.

Provide a dropdown similar to the checkout location (once #28 has been addressed)
Additional context
We've been using the Notes section that exists during checkin as an impromptu location placement but the notes section when used this way must be updated manually when a checked in asset is moved.
