Documentation is inconsistent with values #5

The values documentation describes pulling the image from ghcr.io/diggerhq/digger_backend, but the actual default value in the values file says registry.digger.dev/diggerhq/digger_backend. :)

Thanks! They are proxies to eachother but you are right, need to update :D
