Update to support DB Operator #7

Support postgres connection information in a separate secret, facilitating functionality with something like DB Operator (or another Database manager).

Missing piece to "fully" make this work in my special case is here, though I'd assume anyone using this new value would have some idea how to use their DB manager to create a DB. :) https://github.com/diggerhq/digger/issues/1407#issuecomment-2088641422

I'm not sure how much documentation updating needs to happen here. Let me know if I can provide ore information somehow or otherwise help make it more clear how or why someone would use this.
