2.8R2 will not compile for CriusAIO Pro V2 #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using either Arduino IDE 1.0.1 through 1.0.3 with libraries from MPNG copy 
into Arduino
2. Run verify in Arduino IDE
3. Fails with error: no matching function for call to 
'RC_Channel::RC_Channel(int)'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normal compile

What version of the MegaPirateNG are you using?
2.8 R2

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried on Mac OSX 10.7.5 and Windows XP with same results.
Fresh download or Arduino IDE 1.0.3 and copied libraries from MPNG into the 
Arduino folder.

Tried 1.0.3 - compilation tests passed. Please provide your APM_Config.h, maybe 
something wrong in your config.

APM_Config.h as requested.

By the way if you want a video for the Wiki showing one flying then use mine 
(RCTimer have):

Checked your config, compilation OK with Arduino 1.0.3
You must start from scratch and follow instructions in README.txt

Sorry fixed it. On a Mac the arduino_pins.h file was missing.
