fix dates for SEAD #44

All the dates are in calendar years before present (where present = AD1950), which is why the start has a higher value than the end. The “dating_type” field shows which type of method was used to derive the date and potentially allows users to filter out dates of certain type that they might not want to use (for the sake of accuracy).
