Move thoughts to separate markdown file #3

This is mostly a documentation-organization suggestion. I thought separating the critique of the fiber scheduler interface from the description of the provided implementation could make it more readable.

Unless this repository is more a proof-of-concept of the critique itself, in which case leaving it in the main README would make sense.
