Several programs not working after upgrade to Windows 11

Describe the bug MaxTo does not work at all for the following programs upon an upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. If I should file multiple bug reports for each app let me know and I'll do that. I've rebooted a few times to make sure the errors are persistent.

Affected programs so far:

• Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2112 Build 16.0.14729.20108) 32-bit
• Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2112 Build 16.0.14729.20108) 32-bit
• Microsoft® PowerPoint® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2112 Build 16.0.14729.20108) 32-bit
• Discord Stable 108044 (79ffd44) Host 1.0.9003 Windows 10 64-Bit (10.0.22000)
• Zoom Version: 5.8.4 (1736)
• Telegram Version 3.3

To Reproduce

1. Drag window + hold Shift key.

Expected behavior Normally this snaps a window to the predesignated zone.

Well, with no update for a week I went searching around and found Microsoft PowerToys which seems to have all of the functionality I used from MaxTo, except it works in Windows 11. It's open source, so maybe you folks can find some fixes that way.

I happily paid for MaxTo a while ago, but until it can beat PowerToys on W11 it will remain uninstalled.
