Move testframework to lib #1

Also encapsulate Magento bootstrap in helper. This reorganization just is a suggestion. It's more what I usually end up having in place. Feel free to reject if you don't like it.

Excellent idea, as it provides utilities and not a "real" module it'll be better in the lib folder.
