Lamp update without workspace #688

Since issue #687 workspace is removed, new update mechanism is required.

Lamps are automatically updated when added to an effect. Visual progress bar indicator is required. Progressing on-top of an effect.

  1. Select effect
  2. Add lamp(s) to effect
  3. Lamp(s) starts updating.
  4. each individual lamp indicates update process progressing from left to right, filling the lamp. (How are Other lamps besides voyager displayed ?)
