Effect list full screen view

Effect list is now a full screen view since it was previously on the left side. This is intended to reduce clutter and bring forth important functionality.

• [ ] Buttons: Delete, cancel, ok
• [ ] Effects are laid out in a grid.
• [ ] First grid item is a (+) item that open up current effect addition dialog box
• [ ] Only 1 effect can be selected at a time.
• [ ] On OK press, effect is opened in effect mapping menu and added to the effect floater menu #681
• [ ] On cancel press, screen is closed and no effect is added.
• [ ] On delete press, selected Effect is removed from the list
• [ ] Delete is inaccessible when preset is selected.
• [ ] Menu is scrollable with scrollbar on the left side of the screen.
• [ ] at least 2x2 effect items are fully visible at a time, depending on screen size and resolution.

• [ ] Items on the previous/next line out of screen real estate are partially visible

  Effect items contains

• [ ] Video/Image Thumbnail
• [ ] File name
• [ ] Video/Image resolution
• [ ] Video length

Is it feasible to have the effects play back/loop animation preview when the menu is open?
