Extract Browse by Taxonomy as a module

About

We have a view to category content based on Person and subjects taxonomy. To deploy it into multiple sites, we would like to have it as independent module:

• The front end: https://stories.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/browse-people/ and https://stories.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/browse-subjects
• The view: https://stories.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/admin/structure/views/view/a_z_list_of_people/edit/page_1?destination=/browse-people and https://stories.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/admin/structure/views/view/a_z_list_of_people
• The alphabet taxonomy terms: https://stories.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/admin/config/development/asset-injector/js/browse_by_people and https://stories.digital.utsc.utoronto.ca/admin/config/development/asset-injector/js/browse_by_subject

TODO:

Export the above to an module, and test if everything is in place when the module is enabled.

Additional TODO

• make the tabs (markup and functionality) theme independent (e.g make it work with olivero)
• include js and css using conventions for drupal modules instead of using asset_injector
