Latest commit fails to convert this spreadsheet #166

The latest commit 89ffd7d fails to convert this file:

$ ./xlsx2csv.py -a regif_test.xlsx regif
$ ls regif
$ ./xlsx2csv.py -n params regif_test.xlsx params.csv
Sheet 'params' not found

Release 0.7.4 works as expected.

(Note that this is a macro file and as such the proper extension is .xlsm; however, the uploader does not support this extension so I had to rename it to .xlsx.)

Are you sure sheet named 'params' really exists? It works for me

Hi Dilshod,

Yes. I’ve used this spreadsheet with previous versions (including the most recent verified 0.7.4) and it works fine. There’s something particular about this spreadsheet; other multi-sheet files I’ve tried work fine.
