How can I install and make use of this library? What are the walk-through steps to accomplish this?

You need to clone this library in your computer and after that, copy the files to your MQL5 folder. In windows is this folder. C:\Users\YOUR-USER\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\<DATA>\MQL5
