i have downloaded a video from you tube and tried to play it. and i have 
downloaded and registered all required things for playing it..but it is not 
playing video properly in vlc player

Note that downloading YouTube videos (we are not YouTube) is most often a 
violation of their terms of service. Also note that VLC will play a proper WebM 
video without the user taking special steps or downloading additional 
components.

This means that the tool you're using to download YouTube videos (possibly a 
browser extension) is most likely delivering broken or incomplete video files. 
We are unable to help with this, as downloading YouTube videos is almost always 
unauthorized.
