Building a Real-time Prediction Web App with Django, Machine Learning, and Directus

What is your idea?

In this project, I will use Django, Directus, and Random Forest , a machine learning algorithm to create a real-time price prediction web application. Here is an overview of the components:

1. Django Backend:

• The core of the online application will be Django, which offers the framework required to manage user interactions and deliver web pages.
• In order to maintain seamless data flow across the application, Django will also manage communication between the Random Forest model and the frontend.

2. Random Forest Algorithm:

• The core prediction functionality will be powered by the Random Forest algorithm, a robust machine learning method known for its accuracy and versatility in handling various types of data.
• In order to forecast future prices based on a collection of attributes, we will train the Random Forest model using historical data using the scikit-learn module.
• The trained model will be integrated into the Django application, enabling real-time predictions.

3. Directus Data Management:

• Directus will serve as a data management platform, providing an intuitive interface for managing and interacting with the training data.
• It will store the historical data used to train the Random Forest model and any new data input by users.
• Directus will act as a bridge between the user data and the Django application, ensuring that the data is accessible and manageable.
